Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the hotel or its operator. Despite the booking confirmation for an overnight stay on August 5, 2020, the hotel was closed for vacation, so check-in was not possible and no one could be reached by phone; We had to look for another hotel in the evening after a day's stage of 80 km on the bike. A text message came very late that we could cancel and nothing would be done about it. But it was already too late to cancel or was no longer possible on booking.com. Although there was no overnight stay, the hotel debited the full price 2 weeks later via Visa card. The credit card details had to be deposited as security when booking. But that it was simply debited without providing anything in return is very bold. No response to a written request for repayment - Luckily, VISA then took over the re-processing, as we were able to prove the hotel's dubious behavior.

Very good hotel! Friendly staff, delicious real Italian food for a small price, large room with nice beds. Showering was a little less pleasant, went from cold to hot and a mean hard jet. But I take that for granted, the rest is perfect!

Unfortunately I didn't feel like I was in a hotel. Rooms are not cleaned up there every day, which means that the beds are not made. The second morning I had to wake the hotelier so that I could at least get a hotel bill. I had to pay the evening before. Breakfast was only the first morning! 🤮🤮
